My name is Katie Berger and my dad, Keith, was the owner of Pet Country, a pet store located in Lake Forest, California. On Friday, September 25, 2009 my dad passed away from a heart attack he had at the store. This store was his dream and he loved every minute of working here and with our customers for the past three years.
While this store will be missing a great man and dad, it is going to remain open. My dad loved helping out our customers and their animals, and I know that he would want me to continue his work. I have been managing the store for the past three years, and was fortunate to have been able to work with my dad in all of that time.
At Pet Country, we specialize in dog and cat nutrition, as well as hand-tamed exotic birds. We only want to give our pets the best food and supplies and we know that you do too! All of the pet food and supply at Pet Country is deeply researched for safety and quality. We feel safe giving our personal pets everything in our store.
In addition to carrying only the best food and supplies, we also have a great selection of hand-fed and tamed exotic birds. All of our babies are hand-picked and are raised with great love and care.
We have also recently partnered with Dr. Wheaton and the Pet Rescue Center to offer cats and kittens for adoption at our store. Customers are more than welcome to view these cats and kittens in our new custom built condos and enclosure.
